Exchange, Returns and Money-Back:

AL-AMIN JEWELLERS believes in complete customer satisfaction. Every piece of Jewellery that is bought from us is special – a gift to yourself or a loved one… We have therefore taken utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and packing it carefully. However if for any reason you did not like what you purchase or are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product in a very hassle-free manner.

7 Day Exchange Policy:

AL-AMIN JEWELLERS: 7-day No Questions asked Exchange Policy:

We are happy to provide you 7-days No Questions-asked exchange policy, For a cash refund, we deduct 20% amount from the gross amount & 5% VAT. For exchange of product, we will not deduct any amount only we will deduct 5% Vat. We just need the actual invoice and make sure that the product is in its original condition. This is, however, applicable for orders within Bangladesh only.

Purchasing Policy

  1. You must visit our branches to purchase your desired ornaments instantly. You can only book ornaments online and take ornaments from a respected branch next day by giving a payment confirmation
  2. If the ornament’s weight is less or increases in the branch, We will make adjustments in the invoice.
  3. We do not deliver ornaments or products which are above 25000, You must come and purchase the ornaments from branches.
  4. We use multiple courier methods (online orders amounts highest 25000 taka) to deliver, if in case of your misinformation product deliver goes wrong we will not bear any responsibility.
  5. Without making full payment of ornaments, no ornaments will be delivered or released from any of the branches.

Cancellations Policy
In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.What is Easy Returns and Exchange Policy for product purchased on AL-AMIN JEWELLERS?To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns and Exchange Policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from Al-Amin Jewellers Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund or exchange within the 7 Days time frame.

Refund Policy:

100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within 7 Day timeframe, this facility can be availed only twice.
